(QuickTime Pro costs money, but the regular QuickTime is free, and
works perfectly fine.)
Note: In order to get an acceptable
download time (file size) I had to reduce the size and quality of the video
clips.
The actual video looks much, much better.
When you click to see the clip, you will view it within your browser (if you selected to install the QuickTime plugin.) This is fine. However, I suggest instead you save it to your hard disk (by right clicking on the link and selecting "Save Target As" for Internet Explorer or selecting "Save Link As" for Netscape Navigator.) Then you can view it anytime you want by running the file. It will run QuickTime directly (not within a browser). This is also good because you can increase the size of the QuickTime window somewhat and still have the images look pretty good.
