• Avalon Ballroom
Has a very large and very nice dance floor, in a very nice building. It’s not quite a nightclub, but is a very good weekly dance social.
Usually you will have ample space to dance. Very friendly atmosphere.
• St. Julien Hotel
Visit http://www.stjulien.com/events-entertainment to see when the next salsa event is on. Look for band names such
as “Flor de Caña, Quemando” to see if it will be a salsa night. Very, very cool atmosphere. And even cooler in the summer.
• Trattoria
My personal favorite. It starts late. Things don't really get going until 11:30pm if you can believe that. It’s not that big,
but the music is awesome. The people are cool. The most authentic “Latino” atmosphere in Boulder.
Highest average level of dancer usually.
• Millennium
Nice place to hang out on a Saturday night. Dance floor is good. I like the music! Friendly people.
