APRIL SALSA DANCE CLASSES IN BOULDER

The "Salsaville Dance School of Boulder, Colorado" will be offering two salsa dance courses starting April 1st.

  • Level II/III - Advaned-Beginner Level Salsa. We are going to offer an accelerated version of Levels II and III. Normally done over two months, we are going to condense the material in order to get you dancing at the intermediate level right away! After this class, you'll have mastered all the basics, and will be ready to join the intermediate level classes. Be ready for a challenge!

  • Level IV - Intermediate Salsa Dancing. The first of the upper end classes -- always useful and different every month -- with new and fancy combinations, technique for leading and following, and a few basic dips & twists.

REGISTRATION

  • Each month-long class will meet four times, each for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  • The classes will progress from week to week.
  • You can pay in person at the first class (on a space available basis), but all prices are $5 more than listed below.
  • You will receive a 10% discount for signing up for two or more classes.

What if I can't make all four sessions due to scheduling problems?

If you can make at least three of the four sessions, I recommend signing up, as you will still be able to learn pretty much everything taught in the class.
If you can make only one or two of the sessions, please contact me first to see if it makes sense for you to join the class. ($15 to drop in on a class.)

What if I don't have a dance partner?

No problem! You can sign up as a couple or as an individual. In fact, most people sign up as individuals.
During the class we constantly rotate partners, so you will be dancing with everybody.

What if I am a not quite up to the level of the class or I'm not sure if I am at the level of the class?

In this case, please contact me, and we can try to determine what class is best for you.
Also, you could take a "catch-up private lesson" to quickly bring you up to the level of the class that you would like to take.

What should I wear to class?

Comfortable clothing and slick bottom soled shoes. A shoe with a slick bottom is a shoe that doesn't stick hard on a wooden floor -- avoid new sneakers or hiking boots! Any leather soled shoe will work just fine.
